‼️ Please note that during the holidays, beginning and ending your rental on time is crucial to keep everyone happy.
Here are a few things to keep in mind for a smooth and pleasant experience:
- ‼️ You may enter the space 5 minutes prior to your rental time. The code will be sent to you and the key 🔑 is inside the box.
- ‼️ 🐾 Pets are adorable, but please leave them at home. While we love fur friends, we do not enjoy cleaning up after them. There is a $250.00 cleaning fee if you bring a pet into the studio.
- ‼️ No glitter, snow, or confetti 🎊 allowed. A cleaning fee will be billed if these items are used.
- Christmas sets are permanent. Please do not alter them.
- ‼️ 💡 Be sure to turn off all lights before you go.
- ‼️ 🧹 Clean up after yourself and return items to their original place.
- ‼️ Begin cleaning up during the last five minutes of your rental to ensure you exit on time for the next renter.
- ‼️ Dispose of trash in the designated bins. If you are disposing of dirty diapers, food, or smelly items, please take the trash bag with you.
- ‼️ Be sure to lock up and return the key to the box.
